UMC 2024 will happen in Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

Advance registration rates are available now through June 28, 2024.

Standards and then on-site registration rates will apply thereafter.

Full access registration includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, seminars, topical lectures, plenary events, workshops, Banquet, Welcoming Cocktail, and the Expo.

 

To qualify for the reduced rates:

• IMMS members are required to indicate the email address associated with their account;

• Students are required to indicate their institution’s name and graduation year;

• If you are ineligible for discount, the prevailing rates will apply.

UMC cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 1, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and will be issued no sooner than 4 weeks after the meeting. Written cancellations may be sent via e-mail to lazevedo@immsoc.org.

IMMS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule UMC 2024 due to unforeseen circumstances, natural hazards, health issues and other dangerous situations. Registrants will be notified.

 

On-site registration

Online registration is open and will remain open throughout the meeting.

You are also welcome to register for the meeting on-site at The Vinoy Renaissance Resort Convention Center, during the conference times.

Badges are required to attend all events.

Conference workshops require early registration as space is limited.
